8) Event Icebreakers!
Activities designed to get the meeting participants to interact
A simple icebreaker would be to hand out several decks of cards. Each person takes a card. Then each participant goes around introducing themselves while at the same time they are seeking out four people with cards to make the best poker hand. Give out prizes to the winning hand(s).
9) Slide Show!
Open the meeting with a corporate slide show played to music
The slide show can highlight the company staff, company projects, and company facilities
10) Audience Fun!
Have music playing as people enter the meeting
Play music at breaks
Pass out beach balls for the audience members to toss around before the program starts just like at sporting events
11) Planned Audience Gags!
Solicit fun audience members to participate in funny situations. Have the confederate coordinated with the speaker to say funny lines or ask outrageous questions at the appropriate times or to even jump up and run out of the room when a certain fact or name is mentioned

Scavenger hunt with prizes. Example; The first person to bring to the front of the room an object with teeth in it. (then either false teeth or a comb will be a winner)
A short magic act to entice people to come back early to watch
13) Lunch Entertainment!
Provide a magic show during lunch. This keeps people close by which makes it easier to start the meeting back on time.
14) Fun Vendors!
Bring in vendors that have fun or humorous props
Vendors outside the participants profession
15) Ending Fun!
At the end of the meeting give everyone a balloon to pop in which contain prizes ranging from gift certificates to a local coffee shop or Home Depot to large cash prizes or new television.
